Terms and Conditions for Halal Rizq Pathway Membership

Welcome to Halal Rizq Pathway, a membership program owned and operated by New High Marketing, registered in the state of Michigan. By joining our membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Membership Fees & Payment Policy


Membership requires a monthly payment to maintain access. Payments are due on the designated billing date each month. If a payment is missed, you will receive a warning and a grace period of 4 days to make the payment. If payment is not made within the 4-day grace period, your access will be revoked until full payment is received.

Members must use their own credit or debit card for payment. If a member chooses to use another person's card, they must obtain written consent from the cardholder and email us prior to payment.

Chargebacks are not allowed. If a chargeback is initiated, the member's access will be permanently revoked, and legal action may be pursued to recover lost fees and damages.

To cancel your membership, you must do so inside the Skool App under your account settings. If you experience any difficulties, please contact Skool’s support team directly. New High Marketing is not responsible for handling cancellation requests outside of the Skool platform



2. No Refund Policy


Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the content, accidental purchases, or inability to access the materials due to personal technical issues.


If Halal Rizq Pathway decides to close down the membership, members will be notified at least two weeks in advance via email or platform announcements. No refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription time.


3. Use of Digital Products (E-books & Videos)


Once a member downloads an e-book, they may continue to use it even after canceling their membership. However, resale or redistribution of downloaded materials is strictly prohibited.

Members cannot download videos for offline use, redistribute, or resell them on any platform. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sale of our digital content will result in legal action.

Course videos, training materials, and other digital content are for personal use only and cannot be shared, copied, recorded, or sold. Members found violating these terms may have their membership permanently revoked without refund, and legal action will be pursued.

Additionally, all content provided inside the membership, including courses, lessons, and exclusive materials, remains the property of New High Marketing. Members do not own the rights to any content and may not alter, modify, or claim ownership over any material.

Members who create their own courses may not copy or reproduce the structure, module names, content order, or wording of Halal Rizq Pathway courses. Any attempt to replicate the course in this manner will be considered intellectual property theft and will result in legal action.


4. Account Security & Sharing Policy


Members cannot share their login credentials with others. If account sharing is detected, membership will be permanently banned without refund.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately.


5. Islamic Compliance & Scholarly Guidance

We strive to follow Islamic guidelines in all our content and business practices, adhering to the opinions of qualified scholars.

We acknowledge that different scholars may have varying views, and we encourage members to follow the guidance they trust. If any Qur'an quotes, Hadith references, or Islamic teachings in our content are incorrect or misrepresented, we welcome corrections. 6. Intellectual Property Rights

New High Marketing owns all rights to the Halal Rizq Pathway membership content, including videos, PDFs, and other digital materials.

No part of our content may be copied, resold, republished, or redistributed without explicit written permission. Any violation will result in legal action.

Members cannot use any downloaded or accessed materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Community Guidelines & Behavior

We strive to create a respectful and professional environment for all members. Therefore, the following rules must be followed:

  • No disrespect towards Islam or any other religion will be tolerated.
  • No spamming, self-promotion, or advertising of personal businesses, products, or services.
  • Any inappropriate comments or promotional content will be removed immediately.
  • If a member repeatedly violates these rules despite warnings, their membership will be permanently banned without refund.


8. Liability Disclaimer

  • New High Marketing is not responsible for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or unsuccessful results from applying the knowledge shared in our courses.
  • Our content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or religious advice.
  • Members are responsible for their own decisions and should seek professional advice when necessary.


9. User Conduct & Ethical Standards

  • Members must engage in ethical and legal behavior while using the platform. Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, or illegal activity will lead to immediate termination without refund.
  • Members must not use Halal Rizq Pathway to engage in any deceptive financial practices (e.g., pyramid schemes, misleading claims).


10. Technical Support & Access Issues

  • Members experiencing technical difficulties should first contact Skool Support for platform-related issues.
  • New High Marketing is not responsible for personal technical problems, such as internet issues, outdated devices, or forgotten passwords.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • New High Marketing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Members will be notified via email or platform updates, and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


12. Membership Reactivation Policy

If a member cancels their subscription and later wishes to rejoin, they must pay the current membership price at the time of rejoining, regardless of the price they originally paid.


13. Unexpected Downtime & Service Interruptions

  • New High Marketing is not responsible for server outages, platform maintenance, or third-party service disruptions (e.g., Skool platform issues).
  • If planned maintenance occurs, members will be notified in advance whenever possible.


14. Live Events & Webinars Code of Conduct

  • Members attending live Q&A sessions, coaching calls, or webinars must conduct themselves professionally.
  • No disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
  • No unauthorized recording or sharing of live content is allowed.
  • New High Marketing reserves the right to mute, remove, or ban members who violate these conduct rules.


15. Force Majeure Clause

New High Marketing is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies. If such events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to resume operations as soon as possible.

17 . Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved under Michigan state law.

By joining Halal Rizq Pathway, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. Failure to comply may result in termination of membership and legal consequences where applicable.
